About Dr. Issam

Had a long career in providing E\energy solutions in corporate America as well as private markets and has managed over $250 million venture capital funds for one of the world’s largest corporations. Issam co-founded and led a non-profit focused on addressing climate change. Issam also co-founded Sakkaan Realty to provide Shariacompliant investments in the multi-family residential sector. He served at the CIOGC Interfaith committee for several years. Issam Also co-founded and chaired the board of “The Huda Institute” (Chicago, IL) which is a Muslim Think-tank focused on bringing strategic thinking and framework for Muslims in the US. Issam is currently chairing the Endowment Investment Committee at the Mecca Center in Willow-brook, IL. Issam has a PhD in Chemical Engineering and received executive training at Harvard.
