About Nehma

Nehma Atieh is a graduate from Benedictine University with a Bachelors in Science in Biology, currently enrolled in the Masters in Islamic Religious Leadership Program at Boston Islamic Seminary.

She has several certifications in Islamic workshops and classes, Read & Ascend-Adam Workshop, MAS Tafseer classes, and Our Leader Mohammad Training.

She has volunteered with Muslim American Society (MAS-Chicago), Muslim American Society (MAS- Interfaith Symposium), Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR- Muslim Day), US Council of Muslim Organizations (USCMO-Muslim Day), Universal School (Mothers Club Committee), and a board member of Our Leader Mohammad. She has taught the Biography of Prophetﷺ and Who is Allah?

She moved to Palos Park, IL, with her husband and four children to be a part of the MAS Palos Islamic Center opening soon inshallah. Serving her community and loved ones is her drive and passion.
